• The KVK Babhaleshwar begins trial transmission of radio programmes from its KVK Pravara Community Radio that paves the way for establishment of KVK Pravara Community Radio Station 90.8 MHz FM dedicated to the farming community in its 20-25 km radii.
• KVK Babhaleshwar finalized its Action Plan for the year 2009-2010 in the Annual Action Plan Workshop held during 24-26 March 2009 at MPKV Rahuri for KVKs in MPKV jurisdiction.
• KVK Babhaleshwar was chosen to make display of its exhibits and make presentation of its success stories in the 3rd National KVK Conference held between 27-29 Dec 2008 at GB Pant University of Agriculture & Technology Pantnagar

• The Scientific Advisory Committee meeting for rabi 2008-2009 was held at KVK Babhaleshwar on 06 October 2008 at 11.00 am
• Annual Zonal Workshop 2008 for all the KVKs in Zone-V comprising Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh successfully concluded at KVK Jalna between 03-05 October 2008
• Krishi Udyojak Workshop of Farmer Agripreneurs successfully organized on 03 June 2008 for sharing of farmers experiences and other information among all the farmer agripreneurs.
• FLD Workshop for KVKs in Zone-V and Zone-VI concluded between 14-15 March 2008 at KVK Babhaleshwar.
• Agripreneur Summit 2008 and Valedictory Programme of sixth batch of Agriclinics and Agribusiness Course concluded successfully on 19 March 2008. Programme and was attended by AGM, SBI, Zonal Office Pune, LDM Ahmednagar, DDM,NABARD Ahmednagar and Agripreneurs from ACABC Training Centre KVK Babhaleshwar.
• FLD Cotton launched in four villages of Ahmednagar District.
