MASTER TRAINER APPROACH

       KVK has developed various success stories around farmers, farmwomen and rural youth under different enterprises.  Keeping in view of the wider application of these success stories, KVK has laid more emphasis on development of Master Trainers in various fields. To carry out various training, programmes KVK has utilized these master trainers.  The managerial and technical skill has been imparted among them to conduct effective training.  At present these Master trainers are functioning in case of mushroom production, water management, vermicompost production, organic farming, poultry management, pomegranate and grape production and the non-farm activities like conducting different vocational training.  At present about 22 master trainers are working with the KVK. These Master Trainers are giving guidance through training programmes regularly.

            KVK has developed various success stories in agriculture and allied enterprises.  The successful and experimental farmers and agripreneurs are developed as Master Trainers for further dissemination of technologies under various commodities.  They are listed as below:
